Specialism

We are one of the few Dutch yards mastering round-bilge building. The plate material can be shaped at the yard. A round-bilge hull is a very sturdy construction and it makes the ship suitable to withstand very rough weather. Because of her shape she lies in the water in a very natural way.

Less fuel consumption

Because of this round-bilge hull and the natural way the ship lies in the water the engine needs less power and consequently uses less fuel.

Noise level

When sailing (wave making resistance) with a round-bilge hull, the noise level is considerably lower.
